About Us
Lavery Brewing Company was founded in 2009 by husband and wife Jason & Nicole Lavery. Jason Lynch joined the brewing quest in 2010 to build our own 10 barrel production brewery. Born and raised around Erie, PA, we are all excited to bring something new and dynamic to the local beer culture - Brewing Innovative Ales in Small Batches!
By the way, it's pronounced 'Lav-ry' not 'Lave ry', a soft 'a' in the middle. Similar to 'have', not 'gave', thank you very much.

Dulachan IPA
A wonderful, hoppy, flavorful IPA. At only 5.6% ABV, Dulachan is very drinkable as well. Loaded with Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo and Columbus hops!
1847 Rye Stout
A dry, Irish-style stout with tons of Rye Malt from Germany and pine/citrus American hops. 5% ABV.
Imperial Red Ale
A hoppy, American style amber ale. Hopped with pine and citrus hops and balanced by a ton of malt. 8.2% ABV.
Liopard Oir Farmhouse Saison
A French-style saison. Brewed as a European farmer would have brewed a 100 years ago. Conditioned with wild yeast for added complexity. 4.5% ABV.
La Bealtaine White Fire Wheat
A hopped up wheat..Closely resembles a pale ale with lots and lots of wheat malt. Loaded with Cascade, Columbus and the amazing Zythios hops!
